Jamie Foxx in Quentin Tarantino’s Django Unchained

Man I sort of hate Jamie Foxx IRL, and he spells his name with too many x’s but I definitely dug his performance in Collateral and hopefully under Tarantino’s direction his role in Django Unchained will be killer. That scarf is hilariously anachronistic though. Also one glove wut.

So fucking good. I discussed with friends a while back whether or not they’d manage to capture the essence of the Battle of Blackwater and they fucking carried it off with aplomb.

Sci-FI NES Games from a Parallel Dimension

We were unfortunate enough to live through such horrible movie-licensed games like Robocop, Total Recall, and E.T. (or as we usually refer to it: That Game Which Shall Not Be Named), but perhaps somewhere in an alternate timeline where good things happened and people knew how to make good movie-based vidya gaemz, we could have had such instant classics like “They Live!” (with real 3D glasses action? Give me that) and MST3K (do you play the movie they’re watching, or just Press A to quip?)
